British Consul Arvind Norris from the British General Consulate in Wuhan visited Xuchang on March 15th. He visited Xuchang City Planning Exhibition Hall and Xuchang Vocational and Technical College, held discussions with Mrs. Zheng Lu, director of  Commerce Bureau of Xuchang.

Zheng Lu mentioned that there are much cooperation potentials for both sides to explore. She hoped both sides could further enhance communication, explore more opportunities for cooperation. During his stay in Xuchang, Consul Arvind Norris was deeply impressed by the good business environment and vibrant market atmosphere of Xuchang. He spoke highly of Xuchang as a city full of vitality, inclusiveness, and openness, with unique development advantages. He was willing to introduce Xuchang to more UK enterprises and build bridges and bonds for bilateral exchanges and cooperation and achieve mutual benefits for both sides.
